What should I do if my order arrives incorrect or is not delivered?
If something doesn’t go as expected — whether the order arrives differently than agreed or is not delivered — you have 72 hours to open a dispute directly with the shop. This allows the seller to explain what happened and propose a solution. To open a dispute, simply go to your order, leave a rating below 2 stars, and click the “Open dispute” button. The Flowwow team will follow the case as a mediator to ensure the issue is resolved. If the shop does not respond within 72 hours, the dispute will be resolved in your favor.
