Não recebi meu produto, aqui no app diz que foi entregue mas fiquei no meu apartamento o dia inteiro esperando e nada. Tentei contato com a floricultura inúmeras vezes por telefone (nunca atenderam), tentei contato pelo whatsapp mas é só um chatbot que não serve pra nada, tentei contato pelo instagram e fui ignorado. Não recomendo pra ninguém essa floricultura. Extremamente decepcionado, ainda mais levando em conta o dia em que foi pedido.
