After placing an order, you will be able to track all order statuses in your Flowwow app account or on the website: order accepted by the shop, photo before delivery, a delivery person leaving, next delivery person and order completed. Absolutely, we're always on your side, ready to support you. In case you're dissatisfied with a delivery or the recipient receives something different, you can open a dispute. By rating the shop with 1-3 stars, you'll open a dispute and have an opportunity to get compensation. However, there's no need to worry - 99% of our completed orders receive 4 or 5-star ratings.
